This statement explains how Passives Direct handles information provided through this website and its inquiry forms.
Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, part numbers, quantities, and message details. We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss sourcing requirements, and maintain related correspondence. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information in a message.
Website and security information
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and request times to operate the website and help detect errors or abuse.
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated activity. Cloudflare processes technical and interaction information for this purpose. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, the public website uses Google Analytics to understand website visits and usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about your browser, device, page visits, and interactions. Optional analytics stays off until you accept it. Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to change your choice at any time. We remember your choice for six months in this browser. Essential storage for sign-in, security, your RFQ cart, and cookie preferences remains available. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Service providers and disclosures
Information submitted through the website may be processed by our hosting, email, security, and analytics providers as needed to deliver their services. Contact form submissions are delivered to the inbox designated by Passives Direct. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Accounts, RFQs, and BOM uploads
Customer accounts store your contact details and securely hashed password. Submitted RFQs are saved with their part numbers, quantities, contact information, and notes. We send request notifications to our sales team and confirmations to the email address provided. BOM uploads require a verified account; original files are stored privately and made available through authorized downloads. Spreadsheet matching takes place in your browser before you submit the original file.
Retention and security
Inquiry information may remain in email correspondence and related service records. Retention depends on the inquiry, business needs, and applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your questions and choices
You can choose what information to provide, although we may need contact and component details to respond. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form and include “Privacy request” in the subject. Requests will be considered in light of applicable law and any information we need to retain. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Links to manufacturer websites, datasheets, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
