ABOUT PASSIVES DIRECT
What are your business hours?
- Passives Direct business days: Monday through Friday.
- Passives Direct business hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Inquiries outside business hours can be sent to sales@passivesdirect.com or through the Contact Form.
Can I contact sales by phone?
You can call (610) 400-3249.
How can I contact sales directly?
You can always email sales@passivesdirect.com or use the contact form. You do not need to use account messaging. Include your part number, requested quantity, and RFQ reference if you have one so our team can help with your inquiry.
What does Passives Direct supply?
Passives Direct supplies passive electronic components, including capacitors, resistors, inductors, filters, and ferrites. Search our inventory by part number or description, or contact our team for help with a requirement.
What kinds of customers can inquire?
Customers seeking passive electronic components can submit an RFQ or contact sales to discuss their requirements. Suitability, quantities, packaging, availability, and commercial terms are reviewed for the specific inquiry.
Does Passives Direct manufacture products?
No. Passives Direct is a distributor and sourcing provider of passive electronic components. Passives Direct does not manufacture products. The manufacturer of each listed part is identified on its product page; technical specifications come from the applicable manufacturer documentation.
SEARCHING INVENTORY
What should I do if I cannot find a part on the website?
Email sales@passivesdirect.com with the complete manufacturer part number, manufacturer if known, requested quantity, and any timing or packaging requirements. You can also use our contact form. Our team can review your sourcing inquiry; a missing search result does not by itself mean the part cannot be sourced.
How do I use the matching-description dropdown on a part page?
Select View parts with matching descriptions to expand the list; select it again to collapse it. The number in parentheses tells you how many other matching entries are listed. This section appears only when other parts share the same inventory description and product type. Each entry shows the part number and manufacturer, with a quantity when availability is listed. Select the part number to open that part’s own page. Entries without listed stock provide Contact sales for availability.
Are parts in the matching-description menu guaranteed substitutes?
No. The menu helps you discover other inventory entries with the same description and product type, including entries from different manufacturers. It is not a verified cross-reference or a guarantee of interchangeability. Review the exact manufacturer documentation and have your engineering team confirm specifications and suitability before substituting.
How do I search by part number, description, or specifications?
- Enter the complete part number or a description in the main search bar.
- For parametric filtering, open Advanced Search, select a product category, and choose available specification filters.
- Select a result to review its individual part page and documentation.
Available filters depend on the category. Parts with incomplete specifications may not appear in filtered results; try the main search as well.
Why does an exact part number matter?
Small differences in suffixes or characters may identify different packaging, ratings, tolerances, qualifications, or other characteristics. Do not assume two part numbers are interchangeable because they look similar.
Can the letter O and the number 0 cause different results?
Yes. Similar-looking characters can affect searches. Check the complete part number against your original documentation and contact sales if the listing appears incorrect.
Are descriptions a substitute for datasheets?
No. Descriptions help identify and search products, but technical decisions should use applicable manufacturer documentation. Ask sales to resolve any disagreement between the listing and documentation.
What if the description and datasheet disagree?
Contact sales with the exact part number and the discrepancy. Specifications need verification before selection; a related part’s datasheet does not establish the specifications of your listed item.
Why might specification filters omit a part?
Some inventory records may have incomplete structured specifications. Try the main part-number search if a filtered search does not show the expected result.
Do matching parts have to be from the same manufacturer?
No. Review the manufacturer and exact part number for each result. A shared value alone does not establish interchangeability.
Can I request a quantity greater than the displayed quantity?
Yes, a customer may submit the requirement for sales review. A request above displayed availability is not a promise that the additional quantity is available or can be delivered by a particular date.
What should I do if a product shows no availability?
Contact sales with the part number and requested quantity. Zero displayed availability does not establish a lead time or mean that the product is discontinued.
Is inventory reserved when I add it to an RFQ?
No. Adding a part to an RFQ or submitting a request does not reserve or allocate inventory.
Is displayed inventory guaranteed to be current?
Displayed inventory is subject to confirmation. Sales can confirm availability for your quotation.
FACTORY PACK QUANTITY AND REEL ORDERING
What does Factory Pack Quantity mean?
It identifies the number of pieces in the factory package shown for the part. For reel-packaged products, it represents the pieces in one reel.
Does Passives Direct break reels?
No. Products offered by reel are supplied in full reels. Requested quantities should be in multiples of the applicable reel size.
Should I enter pieces or reels?
Follow the quantity label on the RFQ form. When it requests pieces, enter the total number of components, not the number of reels.
What if my requested quantity is not a full-reel multiple?
If a factory pack quantity is available and your requested quantity is not a full-reel multiple, the website provides a round-up prompt. Review the suggested quantity before proceeding. Packaging rounding does not confirm stock availability.
How does full-reel quantity rounding work?
The following examples apply only to a factory pack quantity of 500 pieces per reel:
- Requested quantity: 47 pieces. Rounded quantity: 500 pieces / 1 reel.
- Requested quantity: 750 pieces. Rounded quantity: 1,000 pieces / 2 reels.
Use the applicable factory pack quantity for each part. Rounding does not confirm stock availability.
What if the request is already an exact multiple?
No rounding is necessary when the requested quantity is an exact multiple of the applicable factory pack quantity.
- Example factory pack quantity: 500 pieces per reel.
- Requested quantity: 5,000 pieces. Result: 5,000 pieces / 10 reels.
The absence of a rounding prompt does not confirm stock availability.
Does rounding guarantee enough inventory exists?
No. Full-reel rounding and available stock are separate matters. Sales must review any shortfall.
Is every part supplied on a 5,000-piece reel?
No. Factory pack quantities vary by part and packaging. Use verified part-specific packaging information or contact sales to confirm the reel size.
What if no factory pack quantity is shown?
Contact sales with your part number and requested quantity to confirm packaging. Reel size cannot be reliably determined from case size alone.
REQUESTS FOR QUOTATION AND BOM FILES
Does submitting an RFQ place an order?
No. A Request for Quote (RFQ) tells the Passives Direct sales team which parts and quantities you’re interested in. Passives Direct reviews availability, pricing, packaging, and your requirements.
Submitting an RFQ does not place an order, reserve inventory, or commit you to a purchase. A quotation from sales is also not an order confirmation.
An order is confirmed only after you place the order and Passives Direct accepts it. Sales will provide confirmation of the agreed details.
If you’re unsure whether your order is confirmed, contact our sales team.
How do I request a quote?
Search for parts, add the required items to your RFQ, review the quantities, and complete the request form. You can also use available inquiry links for help with an individual part.
What information helps sales quote accurately?
Exact part numbers, manufacturers where known, requested quantities, and relevant notes help. Include a required date or packaging requirement when it matters, without assuming it can be met.
Does uploading a BOM place an order?
No. It provides requirements for review and quotation. Seller acceptance is still required for an order.
Can I request a quote without registering?
Guest RFQ submission is supported. Supply the contact details requested by the form so the team can respond.
Are address details required for every inquiry?
Optional address information can be provided in the address section. Follow the fields marked required on the form. Country and state or province can help the team understand the request.
Will saved account information populate a request?
When signed in, saved account information can populate applicable form fields. Review the details before submitting and update your account information when necessary.
What happens after submission?
The website displays a submission confirmation and sends a confirmation email. Sales reviews your requirements and follows up. Contact sales if you need an update.
What if I do not receive a confirmation email?
Check spam or junk folders and verify the email address entered. If uncertain whether the request arrived, contact the team rather than assuming it failed or submitting repeated duplicates.
COMPANY DOCUMENTS
Where can I find your Terms and Conditions and Return Policy?
Open Documents in our main navigation, immediately before Contact. Select Terms and Conditions or Return Policy. Both documents are available as PDFs and open in a new tab. For questions about how a policy applies to your order, contact our team at (610) 400-3249 or sales@passivesdirect.com.
PRICING AND ORDERS
Why is a price not displayed for every part?
Pricing is provided through sales. Submit an RFQ with the part number, quantity, and requirements to request a quotation.
How long is a quotation valid?
- Passives Direct quotation validity: 30 calendar days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation or amendment: quotations may be canceled or amended within that period upon notice to the buyer.
A validity period specifically stated on the quotation controls.
Are freight, insurance, duties, and taxes included?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quoted prices exclude transportation, insurance, duties, and applicable taxes. Review the quotation and invoice for the actual charges.
Can I provide a resale exemption certificate?
Passives Direct’s terms allow an appropriate exemption resale certificate where applicable. Contact sales about the documentation needed for the relevant jurisdiction.
Is my purchase order automatically accepted?
No. All orders are subject to seller acceptance. Customer purchase-order terms do not automatically replace the seller's terms.
Can terms be changed verbally?
Changes to the order and its terms require Passives Direct’s specific written agreement. Contact sales to discuss a requested change.
What does NCNR mean?
Non-cancelable, non-returnable. Certain products may be designated NCNR. Review the applicable quotation and order documentation before ordering.
Can I cancel an accepted order?
Contact sales to request cancellation. Eligibility depends on the specific order and its terms, including any NCNR designation. A cancellation request is not confirmation that the order has been canceled.
What are standard payment terms?
- Passives Direct standard payment terms: net 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Conditions: credit approval and the applicable quotation or order terms.
Can advance payment be required?
Yes. Passives Direct’s terms permit full or partial advance payment or C.O.D. depending on the buyer's financial condition and the seller's judgment.
Can shipments be invoiced separately?
Yes. Passives Direct’s terms allow separate invoicing of shipments. Review each invoice's applicable terms.
Are late charges possible?
Past-due amounts bear interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowable by California law, under Passives Direct’s terms. Contact sales with questions about a specific invoice.
SHIPPING, INSPECTION, AND RETURNS
How do I inquire about an existing order, shipping status, tracking, or a damaged shipment?
Call us at (610) 400-3249 or email sales@passivesdirect.com to inquire about an existing order, shipping status, tracking, or a damaged shipment. Include your order or invoice reference, if available, so our team can help.
What shipping terms apply?
Passives Direct’s shipping policy states EXW Origin, excluding Pre-Pay and Bill customers. Confirm the terms and arrangements for the specific order with sales.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
A delivery date is not established by an inventory listing or this FAQ. Passives Direct sales can review availability and delivery requirements for a specific order.
How quickly should delivered products be inspected?
- Passives Direct inspection deadline: inspect or test products as promptly as possible, but no later than 15 days after delivery.
- Acceptance or rejection deadline: no later than 15 days after delivery.
Passives Direct’s policy also states that shipments are deemed accepted upon receipt at the buyer’s facility. Contact sales with questions about these terms.
When must a quantity discrepancy be reported?
- Passives Direct quantity-discrepancy reporting deadline: within 15 working days of receipt.
This is separate from the inspection and acceptance or rejection deadline of 15 days after delivery.
What happens if I receive an over-shipment?
If an over-shipment occurs, you have two options:
- If you return the excess products: the return is at Passives Direct’s expense. Contact sales to arrange it under Passives Direct’s RMA procedures.
- If you keep the excess products: the invoice price is adjusted to account for the additional items. Contact sales to arrange the adjustment.
Report any shipment quantity discrepancy within 15 working days of receipt. Product returns remain subject to Passives Direct’s RMA policies and procedures and applicable restocking charges.
Can I return products without authorization?
Returns are subject to the seller's RMA policies and procedures and applicable restocking charges. Contact the team before returning goods.
Are all products eligible for return?
No. Return eligibility depends on the applicable terms, including any NCNR designation. If returned products are not eligible for return, they will be returned to the buyer freight collect.
What should I send with a return inquiry?
Provide the order or invoice reference, exact part number, affected quantity, and a clear description of the issue. The team will advise on the next steps.
DATASHEETS AND DESIGN SUPPORT
Where can I find technical documents?
Look for the datasheet link and the Datasheets and Design Support section on the individual part page. Available documents may also be accessible from search results.
Is every linked document an exact part-specific datasheet?
No. Some documents may provide supporting or series information. Read the document and its labeling to confirm whether the exact part number is covered.
Can a similar part's document prove compatibility?
No. Similarity is not proof. Verify the exact product and all relevant specifications with the manufacturer or sales.
What if a documentation section is absent?
Applicable documentation may not be available in the site's records. Contact sales for help. An absent section does not prove that the manufacturer has no document.
Are representative images exact photographs of the supplied part?
A representative image illustrates a product type or package and may not show the exact item. Use the part number and applicable documentation for identification.
How can I confirm a replacement part is suitable?
Candidate parts require technical review before substitution. Your engineering team should confirm electrical ratings, tolerances, temperature behavior, dimensions, terminations, qualifications, and application suitability.
CAPACITANCE UNIT CONVERSIONS
How do I convert between microfarads (µF) and nanofarads (nF)?
Microfarads (µF) and nanofarads (nF) are different capacitance units, not regional names for the same value.
- 1 µF = 1,000 nF.
- To convert µF to nF, multiply by 1,000.
- To convert nF to µF, divide by 1,000.
- 6.8 nF = 0.0068 µF.
- 68 nF = 0.068 µF.
- 100 nF = 0.1 µF.
Capacitance units are different from voltage ratings.
How do I report an incorrect product description?
Contact sales with the exact part number and the suspected description error. Technical discrepancies need review before the listing can be corrected.
ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Do I need to enter a full address to register?
Registration is intended to be quick. Additional address information can be entered later through account settings. Follow the current form's required fields.
Can support change my private records through this chat?
This chat does not update your account records. Use Account Settings for available self-service changes or contact the team for help.
Where can I ask about privacy or cookies?
The Privacy Statement explains how website information and cookies are handled. Use Cookie Preferences to manage optional analytics, or contact the team with a privacy question.
REGISTRATION, SIGN-IN, AND ACCOUNT TROUBLESHOOTING
I registered but did not receive a registration email. What should I do?
- Check your inbox, spam, junk, and company quarantine for “Passives Direct - Verify your email”.
- Check that you entered the correct email address.
- Open Resend verification email and enter that same address.
- If the message still does not arrive, contact the team.
Keep passwords and personal verification links private.
How do I complete registration?
- Open the registration verification email.
- Follow the link within one hour.
- Select VERIFY EMAIL on the website.
- Go to Sign in and enter your account credentials.
Opening the email alone does not complete verification.
How long is a registration verification link valid?
- Passives Direct registration verification link validity: 1 hour.
If the link has expired or is invalid, request a new link through Resend verification email. Open the new link and select VERIFY EMAIL to complete verification.
The website said to check my email. Does that guarantee an email was delivered?
No. The on-page message does not confirm delivery to your inbox. Check spam and quarantine folders, use the resend option when appropriate, and contact the team if the email still does not arrive.
I already registered with this email. Should I register again?
Try signing in if the account is verified. If you forgot the password, use Reset password. If verification was never completed, use Resend verification email. Re-registering an existing account does not replace its password.
My email is already verified. Do I need another verification email?

Use a unique password. Passwords are private and should not be shared in chat or with anyone.
Why does the form say passwords do not match?
Enter exactly the same new password in Password and Confirm password. Check capitalization and accidental spaces, then submit again.
My password-reset link expired or was already used. What now?
- Passives Direct password-reset link validity: 1 hour.
- Reuse: the link cannot be reused after the password change is completed.
Request a fresh link through Reset Password.
I requested a password reset but received a verification email instead. Why?
An account that is still pending verification is directed through email verification first. Complete that step, then request a password reset if you still need to change the password.
What should I do if the password-reset email does not arrive?
- Confirm you used the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox, spam, junk, and company quarantine for “Passives Direct - Reset your password”.
- Request another link through Reset Password if needed.
- If it still does not arrive, contact the team.
The reset page uses a general eligibility message. It does not confirm that an account exists or that an email reached your inbox.
I no longer have access to my account email. Can the bot reset my password?
This chat cannot reset your password or change account ownership. Contact the team for assistance with account recovery.
Can I change my email address?
- Sign in and open Change Email Address.
- Enter the new address and your current password.
- Select SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL.
- While signed in to the existing account, use the link sent to the new address within one hour and confirm the change.
Your current address remains active until confirmation. Your RFQ history stays with your account.
The new email verification did not arrive. Which email should I use to sign in?
Continue using the current email until the change is confirmed. Check the new inbox and spam folder. Request the email change again if the link expires, or contact the team for help.
Can I delete my customer account myself?
- Sign in and open Account Settings.
- Expand Delete Account and read the notice.
- Enter your current password.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Select PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
This removes your login and profile and signs you out. Submitted RFQs, BOMs, and correspondence remain as business records.
What does deleting my account remove?
It removes your login and profile and signs you out. Previously submitted RFQs, BOMs, and correspondence remain as business records. Account deletion does not erase those records or cancel an order. Contact sales with questions about retained information or an existing order.
Should I delete my account to change my password?
No. Use the password-reset process. Deletion is a separate permanent action and is not required to change a password.
Can the chatbot delete my account for me?
Account deletion is completed through Account Settings, not this chat. Sign in, expand Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. Previously submitted RFQs, BOMs, and correspondence remain as business records.
Why did I need to sign in again after a password change?
Existing customer sessions are checked against the current password credentials. After changing the password, sign in again using the new password.
How do I update my address or state/province?
- Open Address information in Account Settings.
- Select your country.
- Complete the available state/province and address fields.
- Select SAVE ADDRESS.
Saved address details can fill future RFQs. Review each request before submitting.
Is a registered account required for a regular RFQ or a BOM upload?
Regular RFQs can be submitted as a guest. BOM uploads require a verified customer account. These are different workflows.
Where can I view requests associated with my account?
Open My Account and select a request under Your RFQs. Earlier guest submissions are not guaranteed to appear automatically in a newly created account.
How do I sign out?
Open My Account and select SIGN OUT, particularly when using a shared device.
What if the form asks me to refresh or reports too many attempts?
Follow the displayed message. Refresh the form when requested. If attempts are temporarily limited, wait before trying again. Contact the team if the issue continues.
I received an account email that I did not request.
Do not share the link or use it to approve an unwanted change. The account emails advise ignoring unsolicited requests. Contact the team if concerned about the account.
ACCOUNT LINKS AND OPTIONAL QUOTE MESSAGING
Where are the registration and account links?
- Create an Account
- Sign in / My Account / Your RFQs
- Resend verification email
- Reset Password
- Account Settings / Delete Account
- Change Password
- Change Email Address
- Update address
- Guest RFQ
- BOM Upload — verified account required

Account settings require sign-in. Verification and password confirmation links are sent to your email address and should be kept private.
Can I communicate with sales inside my customer account?
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select the relevant request under Your RFQs.
- Find Messages about this quote.
- Enter your message and select Send message.
This optional feature is available when messaging is enabled for that request. Email replies are handled separately.
Is using website messaging required?
No. It is an optional way to keep a conversation with the associated quote. You may continue communicating with sales by email or through contact form. You do not need to use website messaging to discuss a request.
How does the quote conversation work?
Messages sent through the quote page are saved with that quote and shared with the customer and the Passives Direct sales team. Customers can read sales replies on the same request page. An email notification is queued when a website message is sent. This is a quote conversation, not a promise of immediate live chat.
Does the message stay connected to the quote and its parts?
Yes. The conversation appears on the specific request page alongside the submitted request information. Open the correct request before sending a message so sales has the right context.
Where do I read a reply from sales?
Open My Account, select the relevant request under Your RFQs, and scroll to Messages about this quote.
Will an email reply appear in the website conversation?
No. Email replies are handled separately and are not automatically added to the website message history. To keep a reply in that conversation, send it through Messages about this quote on the request page.
What if I do not see a messaging section or a Send message button?
Website messaging may not be enabled for that request. If messaging is turned off after a conversation has started, previous messages remain available but new website messages cannot be sent. Contact sales through contact form or continue by email.
Is website messaging available to guest customers?
The account messaging feature requires a request associated with a verified customer account. Guest customers can contact sales by email or the contact form. Creating an account later does not guarantee that a previous guest request will automatically be attached to it.
I sent a website message but did not receive an email notification. Did it fail?
Open the quote conversation and check whether the message appears. A saved website message and an email notification are separate steps; delayed or missing email does not necessarily mean the message was not saved. Check spam or junk folders and contact sales if needed. Do not repeatedly resend the same message without checking the conversation.
Can I change submitted quantities by sending a message?
A message lets you ask sales for a change, but it does not automatically edit the submitted RFQ or confirm acceptance of the change. The submitted request is a read-only record. Ask sales to confirm any revised requirement.
Can I contact sales from the request page without using messaging?
Yes. The Contact sales link on the request page opens an inquiry with the RFQ reference and part numbers included for context. You can also use contact form and include the request reference yourself.
What should I include in a quote message?
Include the relevant part number, quantity, question, or clarification. The message field accepts up to 5,000 characters. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or verification links. The quote message form is for text; use the appropriate BOM workflow for file submissions.
Can this chat access my private RFQs or send quote messages for me?
This FAQ does not provide access to private RFQs, accounts, or conversations. Sign in to My Account to view requests associated with your account and send messages where website messaging is enabled. For help with a request, contact sales.

What product families are shown on the Products page?
The page groups products into Capacitors, Resistors, Inductors, and Filters & Ferrites. Examples include ceramic, tantalum, and aluminum electrolytic capacitors; chip resistors and networks or arrays; wirewound and chip inductors; and ferrite beads and feed-through capacitors. Browse Products. A category listing does not guarantee stock of every product in that category.
Which manufacturers are featured on the website?
The Passives Direct Manufacturers page lists KEMET, Kyocera, Murata, Samsung, Samwha, Taiyo Yuden, Vishay, and Yageo, with manufacturer profiles and available documents. This is the page for browsing manufacturers and their resources. Inventory Search is for finding individual parts. A featured logo does not establish authorized distributor status or availability of every product from that manufacturer.
Can I ask about hard-to-find parts or approved alternatives?
Yes. The Passives Direct Sourcing Services page explains sourcing support for individual part numbers, project requirements, and hard-to-find components. Include the complete part number, manufacturer, quantity, target date, and any approved alternatives or substitution restrictions. Potential alternatives must be reviewed against the application and approved by your engineering team. Availability and lead times are subject to confirmation.
Where can I find manufacturer documents and resources?
Open the Passives Direct Manufacturers page and select Documents & Resources beneath the relevant manufacturer. Available documents are provided by the manufacturer for reference; coverage varies by product, series, and revision. Review each document to verify that it applies to your specific part number. Passives Direct does not independently certify their contents. Individual part datasheets are available on the corresponding part page when linked.
What other sourcing details are useful?
Include anticipated repeat demand, electrical specifications, package size, tolerance, packaging requirements, target delivery date, and destination. Start with what you know if the requirements are still being defined. Availability and lead times must be confirmed for each inquiry.
Which application areas are described on the Industries page?
Industrial and automation, power and energy, communications and networking, consumer electronics, lighting and building systems, and computing and embedded systems. These are application examples, not blanket guarantees of qualification or suitability. See Industries.
Can I ask for special quality documentation or packaging requirements?
Yes. Include component specifications, documentation needs, and packaging requirements with your inquiry. The Quality page invites these details but does not itself promise a specific certification or testing service. See Quality.
What contact-form details are required?
The public contact form requires your name, email address, and message. Company, phone, and subject are also available. Include relevant part numbers, quantities, and timing requirements. Use contact form.
Is Passives Direct advertising specific job openings?
The Employment page currently lists no specific openings and welcomes general expressions of interest. Submit your background and interests through the Employment page.
Can I decline optional analytics cookies?
Yes. The published privacy statement says optional analytics stays off until accepted. Essential storage for sign-in, security, the RFQ cart, and cookie preferences remains available.
How do I change my cookie choice?
Use Cookie Preferences in the website footer. The privacy statement says the choice is remembered for six months in that browser. Browser storage removal or use of another browser can affect whether the saved choice is available.
What services may process information from the website?
The Passives Direct Privacy Statement explains that hosting, email, security, and analytics providers may process information needed for their services. It identifies Cloudflare Turnstile for form verification and consent-based Google Analytics. The Privacy Statement contains the published details about these services.
How can I request a privacy-related correction or deletion?
Use contact form and include Privacy request in the subject. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable obligations and retained business records, and identity verification may be needed. Deleting a login does not automatically erase previously submitted RFQs or correspondence.
Are manufacturer websites and external documents covered by the same privacy practices?
External sites have their own privacy practices. Review the relevant site's policy when following a manufacturer or other third-party link.
FORM VERIFICATION — CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE
What is Cloudflare Turnstile, and why is it on the forms?
Public web forms on the Passives Direct website use Cloudflare Turnstile and JavaScript-based verification to help prevent automated abuse. JavaScript must be enabled for this verification to work. Complete any verification displayed before submitting. This is separate from the email verification used to activate a customer account. The Passives Direct Privacy Statement explains that Cloudflare processes technical and interaction information for this purpose.
What should I do if Cloudflare verification does not load or complete?
If a form reports a verification error or verification does not load, follow these steps:
- Confirm that JavaScript is enabled in your browser and your internet connection is working.
- Complete any Cloudflare Turnstile verification displayed on the form before submitting.
- If verification still fails, save a copy of your entered message, refresh the page, and try again.
- If a browser extension blocks verification, review its settings for this site or try another up-to-date browser. Do not disable all browser security protections.
Not every submission error is a verification issue. If the form identifies a missing or invalid field, correct that field and submit again. If the problem continues, email sales@passivesdirect.com with the page and exact error message. Do not send your password or verification links.
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
What responsibility topics has Passives Direct identified?
Passives Direct’s corporate responsibility priorities include business ethics, legal compliance, intellectual property, fair business practices, environmental responsibility, labor rights, workplace safety, and community participation.
Does this mean the company holds a particular certification?
The FAQ is not evidence of a certification, accreditation, or audited membership. Contact sales to ask about specific documentation.
How do I request a compliance certificate?
Contact sales with the exact part number and the certificate or compliance documentation you require. Availability must be confirmed for that product.
